SALES REPRESENTATIVE

LJG Sales and Marketing is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective customer acquisition and relationship management. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities


Identify and target potential customers within high volume retail stores.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by clientele we represent.

Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.

Address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and provide relevant information to facilitate decision-making.

Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements:


Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
