
LJG Sales and Marketing seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will foster strong relationships with potential customers on our client’s behalf, driving the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a team-player mentality, and a desire to work in a face-to-face setting with customers. .
Build rapport and relations with prospective customers.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and LJG Sales and Marketing.
Understand client objectives and follow sales strategies to meet and exceed their expectations.
Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing campaigns individually and in teams.
Ensure the successful implementation of face-to-face engagement programs and retail sales strategies.
Collaborate with management to understand their business goals and challenges.
Develop plans with management to address client needs and drive growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client campaigns and initiatives.
Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on sales progress.
High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
